1. Acceptance
By creating a Questaion account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you accept on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Your account
Keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable use
Don't use Questaion to: send spam, collect data without a lawful basis, target children under 13 without parental consent, infringe intellectual property, or upload malware. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of data you put into Questaion. We process it as described in our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.
5. Fees
Paid plans are billed in advance. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with 30 days' notice for renewals.
6. Warranty disclaimer
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
Our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA (placeholder — confirm with counsel). Disputes go to the courts of New Castle County, Delaware.
9. Changes
We'll post material changes here and notify accountholders by email.
